Order & Shipping Information 

Thank you for your interest in buying online from Jin Ze Arts Centre. You may find the following information useful before placing orders with us.

How do I buy?
Browse through our online catalogue and click “Add to Basket” if you find something you’d like to buy. It places the item in your shopping basket.

To see what you’ve ordered, go to "View Your Basket". You can change the quantity of any item in the “Quantity” column and then click the “Update” icon. You can remove any item by clicking “Delete” under the “Update” column.

To confirm your order, go to “Check Out” and “Confirm”.

Allow 7 business days for delivery in Mainland China, and 10 to 20 days for elsewhere. If any items are on backorder or unavailable, you will be notified via email. You will receive an email notice when orders are dispatched.

How do I pay?
After checking out, you will receive an order acknowledgement via email. Expect to receive another email in about 3 days in which we will advise you of the availability of your order together with a pro-forma invoice including shipping fee and banking info for your payment.

You have the option to pay in a local bank or via electronic banking in China or via bank transfer if you are in overseas.

All orders that need additional delivery services such as insurance and tracking must be requested by the customer.  Jin Ze Arts Centre is not responsible for lost or damaged uninsured orders.  Shipping charges will be calculated for each order depending on the address and the total merchandise cost. If you would like to choose another method of shipping please mark the appropriate box on the Check Out form. In all cases, your order will be incomplete until a Jin Ze Arts Centre Online representative emails you to confirm.

Return Policy
You can return the items within 30 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. Please e-mail us at info@jinze.org for a Return Authorization Number. Items must be repacked in original packaging with all accessories and a copy of your invoice/return form. When your return is received, we will issue a refund to your nominated bank account.

We will accept returns only in case: 
 -The goods have arrived damaged to you.
 -You received some other item.
 
We will not accept returns / exchanges in case: 
 -Items are sent back to us in a damaged /mutilated/stained condition resulting from handling / storage at your end.
 -The items arrive beyond 30 days at our location.
